ABOUT US
Courtney D’Onofrio, M.A., CCC-SLP
is a speech language pathologist with extensive experience working with children with speech and language disorders. Courtney received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology from Penn State University and her Masters of Art degree in Speech Pathology from Temple University with honors. Courtney is certified by the American Speech Language Association (ASHA) and licensed in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Courtney has a passion for early speech and language development. She has worked in a variety of schools with children ages 3-21 for the past 8 years. She has taken extensive coursework in courses related to speech sound disorders, such as apraxia and articulation and phonological disorders, as well as courses on the use of assistive and augmentative devices. She is Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) Level 1 and 2 trained and has experience working with a variety of assistive technology devices.
Courtney is passionate about providing every child with the opportunity to communicate, as well as empowering parents through parent coaching to develop their child’s speech and language skills through fun, engaging everyday activities!
Courtney has a supportive and loving husband, a 4 month old daughter and a dog named Buckley! In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time outside.
Dr. Cait Russell, OTD, OTR/L, CASI
is a doctorally trained occupational therapist who is passionate about helping individuals reach their life goals and participate fully in things that matter to them. Cait received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Doctoral Degree at Thomas Jefferson University. Cait is licensed by the National Board of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and is licensed in Pennsylvania.
Cait has wide-ranging experience working with children from 3-21 in private practice, schools, and non-profit organizations. Cait has advanced training in Ayres Sensory Integration, earning a Certificate in Ayres Sensory Integration (CASI).
Additionally, Cait founded a non-profit called Sensory Friendly Cities that focuses on sensory accessibility in the community. She teaches a doctoral course in Occupational Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University and has guest lectured for universities across the country.
Cait currently lives in Ambler,PAwith her husband, her infant son, and her German Shepherd mix, Kodak.
